What a tragedy! This metal roof is in such disarray, that we had to create this video for the homeowner to see up close how years of weather have dedicated this metal/asphalt roofing. The amount of work needed on this roof is well past repair. Our team of experts didn't even have to pull any of the shingles off to see the amount of issues with the home's roof.
Missing and torn-off shingles that allowed the underlayment to be exposed. There were sections of the roof that were down to the decking. Wood rot and moisture damage were another issue we uncovered.
